I've never touched ANY kind of gear and I am 270 lbs. @ 21% BF. (I'm also 6'5)
I don't know much at all about gear so I have a quick question:
Is a person's maximum size/strength determined by genetics alone? Does gear only allow a person to reach their peak faster? Does it not actually increase their peak?
Basically my question boils down to this for me personally: If I started taking gear tomorrow and got to my maximum size/strength in 5 years, is that same maximum of size/strength still attainable without gear? (although if it is it would take much longer, of course)
