calories are 2000 a day all protein eat every 2-3 hours 300 calories each meal . wake at 6am do fasted cardio 1-2 hours every day then at night i weight train 2 hours every day . i start eating at 12pm then every 2-3 hours 300 calories until i hit 2000 calories . i started at 230lbs im now 226lbs have been doing this routine for 30 days. why havent i lossed more weight? im trying to hit 210lbs . im running 200mg test cyp a week, 200mg mastereon E a week , tren ace 150mg a week, and anavar 20mg ed,
im 51 years old at 5ft 8in. ran many cycles before, ive always had a problem dropping weight. what am i doing wrong?
