weight loss trying to loose

calories are 2000 a day all protein eat every 2-3 hours 300 calories each meal . wake at 6am do fasted cardio 1-2 hours every day then at night i weight train 2 hours every day . i start eating at 12pm then every 2-3 hours 300 calories until i hit 2000 calories . i started at 230lbs im now 226lbs have been doing this routine for 30 days. why havent i lossed more weight? im trying to hit 210lbs . im running 200mg test cyp a week, 200mg mastereon E a week , tren ace 150mg a week, and anavar 20mg ed,
im 51 years old at 5ft 8in. ran many cycles before, ive always had a problem dropping weight. what am i doing wrong?
 
If you've always had problems dropping weight, then it's time to change your philosophy. Why don't you do more intermittent fasting or do one meal a day? Seems like eating every 2 to 3 hours isn't working for you.
 
Bros fasted cardio is amazing, but if you eating so much food it's going to counteract anything that you're doing. Maybe don't eat right after your fasted cardio. Let the fat loss burn a little bit throughout the day.
 
I think the problem is steroids aren't fat burners and steroids aren't going to help you lose weight. A lot of times they help you gain, not lose. so maybe using steroids for weight loss is backfiring.
