looking to try tirzepatide but do a lower dose. I’m looking at getting some and ordering for fat loss.
I’m currently 230 pounds and around 20-25% body fat and in my early 40’s
need your advice on how much to run.
My initial thoughts were 2mgs a day for 2 weeks. Then every 2 weeks increasing the dose by .5mg till I get to 7-8mgs a week.
Would this work for my situation?
1mg/wk is the suggested starting dose. You run that for a min of 4 weeks to get you body used to it. If it continues to work at that dose stay there until hunger starts to return. Once this happens go to 2mg/wk. Repeat this.
More is not better. More just means more potential for side effects.
