Want to increase your bench?...my story

This is what I do right now, maby it can be useful

M - Chest Triceps Calves
T - Back Traps
W - Off
T - Legs Calves
F - Shoulders Biceps Traps
 
along these lines, I remember the mighty George Halbert (733 bench at 215 bodyweight) that he benches only once per week. he has back problems though, not sure of he squats or pulls much

I have a pretty big chest...I was really out of proportion though. Now I look much better. Im up to 200lbs with more symmetry, I want to push 315 @ a bodyweight not over 205. And yes i am all natural, i dont even take creatine, i did years ago though. Its all about what you put in your mouth
