I'm going thru the same thing.I got stuck at 225 on bench and my shoulder was starting to bother me,so quit benching about 2 months ago.I do incline,flat and some decline DB now for chest.At the same time I started doing deads and squats.WOW,I see now why they call them deads cause thats how I felt for the first 2 wks I did them.I'm up to 325x4 in my max working sets,and now I love to hate em.Squats not going as well,the fitness center I belong to has no rack only the SM and its uncomfertable as hell.I'll keep working at it tho ,my form may be off.I was doing hacks and leg presses before.Big difference in the squats.

is saying works I cant wait to see where my bench goes when I go back to it in a couple months.
