VERY WORRIED: Really shitty lifts on CKD diet....will i lose muscle?

I have been on the CKD diet for two weeks, will i lose muscle if my weight drops, because my energy right now is definitely very low.
Example:
Before Bench = heaviest set 315lbs./8-10reps
Now bench = heaviest set 225lbs./10-12reps, usually i get 20 @ 225lbs.

1. Should i be worried with such a huge drop in weight/strength that i will loose muscle, is this normal?

2. Should i be taking in more Flaxseed oil, 4 tbps a day, i heard Flaxseed oil can help with energy?

And if i take it before the gym will it hurt me in loosing more stored Fats?

3. i get shoulder pains on a regular basis, but they were getting better. Yesterday they were worse than ever, could "no carbs" have some effect on this?

**4. Would a diet at a moderate carbs say 100carbs/day (oatmeal in the AM/vegis post workout), and using Flaxseed oil as dietary fat, with HIGH protein allow me to lose as much weight as a CKD diet as long as i stay in a deficit of my body weight? Will this be a better approach to keep my workouts more intense, therefore burning more fat?

My stats are 190lbs., 5'9'', BF%11(?).

Thanks for the help.

that is normal on a keto diet. sometimes you can get used to it.
if you want intensity in your workouts (like me) then do a 40-30-30 diet.

If you can bare the keto, now that youre in ketosis, stick with it . You should get enough results in a month and a 1/2 to be ripped (depending on how fat you were) but you sound pretty strong, so weight drop will be pretty easy.

good luck

Thats what i think i am going to plan to do bro, stick with it will i get were i want then maintain with a 40-30-30 kind of diet.

In you opinion Blood_Drinker is the CKD diet that much better for cutting up than a regular 40-30-30? I have already seen a great difference to be honest, but with my workouts so shitty that really worries me, that i will loose muscle.

And Thank you very much for the reply, i really appreicate it.

If your lifts suck I say drop the CDK.
My workouts lost a lot of intensity, and i started to notice a small, but noticable loss of muscle. So I upped the carbs and added cardio. Now I'm doin dandy:D

Where you on the CKD and how much did you up the carbs? What type of carbs? How much cardio? and what are you stats?

Sorry for the amount of questions, makes it easier to relate the situation and make a decision.

Thanks alot buddy.

Yeah, sorry I was on a keto. My muscles looked flat, so I upped the Carbs to about 150 a day.
I usually have a large bowl of oatmeal in the morning, and grapefruit juice after weights for an insulin spike.
Cardio first thing in the morning 4x a week.
I'm 5'9" 170. And I look pretty lean and solid.

I think i am gonig to stick it out until next week and then start a 50/30/20 diet. I will put it together this weekend. I am pretty lean as it is, and really have done no cardio. I probably don't need such an intense diet anyway. Feeling like shit is really no fun and when your workouts suck, it starts making everything feel pointless...

Thanks bro.

I was on a moderate carb diet with winny and deca and t3. My lifts went up about 5 lbs each week for about a month, then suddenly when i dropped my carbs, I lost 20 lbs on my squat and 10 lbs on my DB bench press in a week! The carbs definitely has something to do with it and I also looked flat.
