Veins in biceps??

the reason u dont have the single large vein running down ur biceps is simple. Genetics. Instead if one large vein to carry blood on ur bicep, u have many small spider veins...my freind has the exact same thing..u cannot change it. Peace

That is a good point and I was thinking the same thing, but I can see that I do have the big vein in both biceps with the right being a lot more visible than the left. That being said I still cant get them to become more visible. A little over a year ago I had my bodyfat done and it was around 6 % and I still had no veins there that were noticeable. In my left arm I see the vein run through my forearm that runs through the bicep but it just dissapears once it hits my bicep. I think that maybe my bicep veins are deeper into my body than any other veins I have so perhaps that could be it.

I definately agree. In fact, the only veins I can see on my whole body are the ones in my bis...I have 2 large ones on my right arm, and then I have one large one that branches off to 3 smaller ones on my left arm. I guess it's just genetics...you see the veins in your arms last, I see mine first...
