vascularity....???

I'm on 400-600mg of eq now per week. I am currently on my 5th week and I am really starting to get vascular and shredded (thin skin). Soon, I will be adding winny to the cycle - so I should be coming along great by the end of my cycle. I currently work out on the eliptical trainer 20-30 minutes per day after my weight training. Once you get some fat off of your body, you'll really start seeing the difference with your veins, plus remember that eq is slow acting and you won't see results until your 5-7th weeks..

ok, so it's true that the use of AAS can lead to a few types of heart problems, 1 being the enlargment of the left ventrical right, and that can be done by over training, or to much cardio while "on"...

so what would be a safe bet for me then?? I mean I am scared to a point, but I am still on you know...so I try to get good work outs, and not over train, I want to do more cardio but I think at that point is where I might start to do some internal damage...is this safe to say?, or am I being too cautius at this point?? if cardio helps the lungs and heart would the fact that I am on help these grow as well???

that is my cycle...what type of cardio training should I do in order to get the results I want by keeping away from doing the internal damage??

If heavy weight training and AAS use were causing serious heart problems due to enlarged hearts peeps would be dropping like flies around here. The big danger is high blood pressure that is that one that will put you in a box.

I know I am prone to talking a bit much about ideas
but this one not only works, but its going to piss a large portion of the supp community of Af will have it first, and only two places ever will have it on the net

I am so paranoid about it i have never contacted the things that make the product(s) a possibility
on my PC lol
just good old written mail, and phone :) ;)

also the peptides are going to be improved dramatically as well (flavor)
and then after that we have a plan to add some other stuff

usulaly talking is bad luck but when you can crush the competition who cares :rose: :chomp:

I also take pleasure in prolonged bouts of conflict :verygood:

vengeance is like cake for me

yes the motivation was for you guys

but also to piss off others who took advatage of kindess

guys ( members I am just like you) but some supp companies are run by upper crust ( snob) parasites

consider this the begining

and there is nothing you can do

One of the best supps I found to increase vascularity is niacin. Take like 1g a day of the flush free kind and you should see some great improvement. Cheap as hell too. It's not a miracle, but I was floored at the effect it had. More vascularity while taking that w/ considerably higher BF than now without taking the niacin. Nitric Oxide boosters are good, too. The drawback for me with the niacin is the supposed mechanism it works through (I did little research to back this up, so don't quote me) is by increased histamine, which is a vasodialator. I tend to have problems with allergies, eczema and asthma, so I wasn't a fan of the increased histamine - although I didn't notice my symptoms to be worse while using the niacin.
