Maybe this is a stupid question, but does ala have any effect on blood cholestero?

i had asked this question here awhile back, & i think the answer was no. BUT...... there might be some advantage in terms of prevention of perioxidation and plaque accumulation based on antioxidant effect (that was either from new england journal of medicine, or the back of a box of CoCo-Puffs).

Do you take all these things (green tea, policosinol, nonflush niacin, olive oil) during the cycle or during PCT? Would taking them during cycle help prevent lowered HDL and raised LDL at all?
