I’ve been walking 25-30 minutes and a moderate pace about 3-4 times per week.
That sound about right?
Nope. I do that 2x a day EVERY day. Inc non training. My minimum is 6000 a day. Walked that before lunch to day (walked to the gym, up Moel Penderyn and a supermarket after - the hill had me sweating all the way up)
 
I will increase my cardio then, I can double that.

Could I get your feedback on possibly changing my workout layout here, I can add additional movement or increase my sets.
I need to back off deltoids the same day I am doing chest and possibly switch form the push,pull,legs workout I've been on for over one year.

This is just a proposed idea I have as I have been reading about combined sets, meso cycles and basically mixing things up.

I am on week 5/12 of the Primo cycle and figured it couldn't hurt to start working things a little different.
