Do you mean 6-8 reps and 4-5 sets?
I will do some reading and look into it for sure, thank you so much for that suggestion.
 
Todays last leg day on vacation went pretty good, left sore and feeling good.

Whey isolate- egg whites post workout shake,2 small banana before lifting.8oz grilled chicken with cheese two low carb tortillas, made quesadillas to eat on the go super hungry after legs, always.Egg white and protein shake, on the go meal.Grilled ahi tune, grilled vegetables and fruit, ate about 1/4 C of total rice on plate. Very clean meal, great flavor.Double grass fed burger, no fries, ate 1/4 of the bottom bun.Ghost whey isolate before bed.
