I really enjoy pushing heavy then dropping weight and repping with a slower pace, things throughly works my chest, finishing chest sets of supinated chest squeeze were very difficult to push but absolutely worth it.

Tomorrow is my pull session, really looking forward to it.

Today was pull session and legs tomorrow, I will make a video as best I can showing me do my first 6 reps that are on the heavier side before I do the remaining 20+ lighter weight high reps. I try to perform a count of five from top to bottom and back up.

Todays pull exercises, my back is really sore I get the feeling lifting in a gym can increase motivation.

Biceps were hard, swollen, veins exploding, I wanted to do another set of finish curls but was totally trashed, going heavy then high reps is so totally sick and twisted, I really enjoy it.

I want to say that this cutting cycle has motivated me tremendously to improve upon my diet overall, better time under tension and other forms I am learning and a general goal of wanting to gain some more size( chest and thicken up my back). Thank you guys so much for the motivation and help and direction.

@man05 fish is the way and good on your repping pace, can you record a vid how you train?
Here you go doing warm ups but this is my pace regardless of weight. Gyms getting busy and I feel odd filming with hot women around.

I hope this is okay to hotlink, Mods sorry in advance if not allowed. I was not able to condense the video enough to post. This is warming up at 135 I went up to 265lbs x6-8 reps then dropped plates to 185 at same pace, was hammered by start of 4th set and only got in 17 high reps at 185. Leg extensions destroyed my legs after I did sumos, rdls, hip thrusts and calf raises. I will get a better physique shot today in shorts. I feel leaner and am actually getting cold easier and the water of the ocean felt cold to me.

Have a great day will post weights and macros later today off to eat some whole eggs from the island.

I will try to rig the phone to capture chest tomorrow or I can do a better video Monday when I work chest. Based on my development and macros I’m wondering if push, pull, legs is optimal for my genetics and build versus the bro split or another change in workout? Something to consider moving ahead.

yeah I don't overtrain the shoulders it's easy to do that when you're doing inclines
So after inclines maybe drop the reason front deltoid raises, mai rain rear deltoid work and stay on the light end of lateral deltoids? I’ve been doing 6-8 15-20lb reps the. Dropping g down to 10-15lbs for 20 or so lighter reps. I’m getting striations on shoulder when I lift and flex.

next step for you is going to be pushing some heavier weight
Can you walk me through this?
I’ve been doing heavier reps of 6-8 followed by higher reps for about a week. It’s a good experience, I get that heavy fatigue of pushing heavy then a solid burn and pump on the lighter weights, best of both worlds sort of.
