Here is todays meals on my day off, the homemade Tofu base shake was pretty good, I'm told by my neighbor to add blueberries or strawberries that are frozen.

Here are my meals, I can easily eat chicken and rice 3-4 times per day, rotate the flavors and the vegetables or starches and I think I can nail the diet.
