I have been on a CKD (6 days ketosis, 1 day carb up) for 11 weeks, the first seven were very productive in that I lost a lot of fat with minimum muscle loss. Weeks 8-10 my metabolism seemed to adjust and everything came to a halt. On the advice of Mr. X I have went to 3 days of ketosis with a 1 day carb up and things are moving along once again.
