Hi guys, I will follow a high protein low carb diet for cutting and mas gains, red meat is a very important source of protein and I love it, I would have red meat 24-7 but my problem is I tend to have high levels of uric acid. I got that form my dad and my grandfather and most of the males in my family have the same problem, my question is which cut and how much red meat can i have a week to avoid uric acid levels raising? thank you.
