recently, i brought upright rows into my shoulders regime. Now it seems that when i do the max weights and i bright it to the top of the lift my left wrist pops out and back in, you can hear a pop sound. it seems to only be my left wrist anyone know what this could be? a bad joint or something, how would i alleviate it. i don't think it's helping me any
