Upper body help

Well today I broke 2 bones, ruptured a nerve, and stretched a tendon in my left hand.. needless to say it's gonna mess my lifting up.. is there any way I can still train upper body while it's healing? I'm on a cut now anyways so I'm gonna continue doing lower body,ABS,and cardio.. thanks for the input

Depending on where on your hand is fucked, you could use cable movements and use the wrist strap attachment if your gym has it, so your not using your hands, it just attaches to your wrist so it eliminates any grip needed

Thanks! It's it my upper wrist and lower thumb, and the nerve and tendon are in by lower palm by the thumb.. funny thing is I did it lifting haha

You did it lifting!! What did you do?! I would recommend you bring this one to the physical therapist. Let them know how important training is to you and see if they can design something. It sounds like you could use some pointers regarding form as it is.

Doing incline db bench and on my last Rep I felt a really sharp pain in my hand and it was already swelling up.. probably didn't help I finished my chest work after lol

So, I understand the exercise you were doing, but what happened that caused the injury? Did you twist your wrist, or did it fold down under the weight? If it just "happened" you probably should get extensive testing of your bones and stuff. But I'm sticking with my first advice, work with a physical therapist for full rehab before restarting upper body work. You can do cardio and probably legs and core.

Got it looked at again today, and they said today the bones are not broke.. a stretched ligament and the nerve was moved over

Let it heal...you will be back in no time bro, no reason to worsen your situation.
