size 38" relaxed fit, plenty of room in there for me, and they are so loose around the waist they come off without undoing them, which can be handy
 
the deca is from norma and the test is from gelenika yeah i know some of its water weight but last cycle i did d-bol first 6 weeks and ran deca at 300 mgs a week with enanthate 500 mgs (quality vet) and only did 8 weeks, this one i'm on for 10 weeks and my first cycle gained 30 lbs and maintain around 20-25 and i'm working out alot harder now and really focusing on my quads i started this cycle at 195 lbs 6'3 now i'm 210 and loving every bit of it, only thing i don't like is the family and friends asking why i'm growing so fast i just been saying i've really been eating alot of food and taking some supplements thats when i realized how much bigger i am and workouts are extreme don't wanna stop and when i do finally stop i just think about what i can work out next. but i will definetly keep you posted and will try to find before pic that i can post with my after pic.

thats funny, im 3 weeks in myself on the same as above but with 750mg sust as well and i am up 16lbs. its funny going to the gyme, hitting the weights hard and instead of the scale going down it keeps going up. my doctor said i looked great since the last time i saw him and at that visit i was 296lbs. now im 314lbs. im also 6'2". i love it when people stair at me in the gym. and the young guys come up and want to know my life story and how they can get huge as well. i hate lying to them, but i do tell them eat right, lift hard and rest. eat less fat and more protien. thats my story and im stickin to it.

haha decent? try huge. maybe you just buy big pants. damn I wish my quads were that big. It's a little hard for me because I have torn both my ACL's from football in HS back in the day. Fuckin knees. Always fuckin shit up.

im not ready to put pics up yet. i put them up a few years ago at 245 and was slammed by many people that always have negative things to say. stuff like, your tricepts need work, or your gut needs work. the bad thing was i was proud of the pics i put up. i was finally for the first time able to see abs starting to show through. and people killed it for me. i will definately be putting up pics when im done though. but seriously i am 314 and 6'2" but i still have bf to drop. i wanted to bulk first then work my ass off to drop the extra bf. its not terribly bad just not perfect like some people on here believe you need to be when you post a pic.
