i was at the store today and i saw "UNSWEETENED BAKERS CHOCOLATE" theres no sugar at all in it, but there is some fat of course. i was wondering would it be ok to grind up a little now and then and throw it in something im eating...maybe add it to my oatmeal in the morning....or chocolate penut butter
i would add splenda for the sweetness in it.
