i was at the store today and i saw "UNSWEETENED BAKERS CHOCOLATE" theres no sugar at all in it, but there is some fat of course. i was wondering would it be ok to grind up a little now and then and throw it in something im eating...maybe add it to my oatmeal in the morning....or chocolate penut butter:p :p i would add splenda for the sweetness in it.

Look into natural cocoa for a chocolate flavor.

Stuff is mostly protein somehow lol.

It doesn't taste good unless you add splenda or something and for me bloats me:( (so do synthetic sugars) but it doesnt harm you're diet any

natural cocoa powder (w/o sugar added) is pretty good and mixes well with cottage cheese

and it is very low in carbs and has good fats
