Should I be working out more often?Should I take my Sat and say work by weaker areas more. Here is my current
Mon - Bi & tri abs - 20 min cardio
Tue - Calves & shoulders- 20 min cardio
Wend - Back & abs - 20 min cardio
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Chest & AB
Sat- off
Sun - off
