I just purchased two containers of expired protein powder.
One of them is 22g protein 0.5g fat per serving.
The other is 40g protein 18g fat per serving.
Should I be taking the one with more fat Pre workout? Is 18g fat per serving high? That sounds a bit high. I think this one is for packing on weight. Should I still be taking this pre workout if I am cutting weight right now?
