Just last week I got in the habit of eating in the middle of the night; you know, when you wake up to take a piss at like 2:30 - 3:30. If I go to bed early, I'll do this. But if I go to bed late, I'll just eat before bed. I usually eat 1 can tuna and one piece of bread. After a week of this I feel great, as if it shortens recovery time. (No science to back that up, just the way I feel.)
