I eat 2 cans of skipjack tuna and a can of salmon on a daily basis. It stinks, it tastes gross but I need the protein/DHA/EPA...I wonder why people say tuna is a good source of EFAs there's less than like 0.1 g of fat in it.
It is, and I still hate tuna who would want to eat it anyway it's full with toxins and the nets they are caught with kills dolphins. Do you want to be responsible for killing a dolphin...not me....
