tuna in oxtail soup

OK im so tired of eating tuna so this guy at my gym tells me to try heating up some oxtail soup and then mixing in the tuna fish and hey presto you dont taste the tuna at all... so providing you like oxtail soup this is a good quick recipe for those who dont like tuna ive been eating it for years and sort of got sick of the taste.

Oxtail soup is a beef soup if you like the soup anyway and are sick of tuna on its own just mix it in the oxtail soup when its hot as the soup has very little calaries just something someone told me at the gym and its ok.

I would eat pho. Rice noodles, diced chicken breast, and beef broth. You have quite an acquired taste to mix beef soup and tuna.

Oxtail soup is a traditional Korean dish, and it's SO damn good! Easy to make too, just takes time.

Just add water and whole cloves of garlic and boil on low for like 3-5 hours (for a very large pot), skimming the fat off the top and adding water to compensate for evaporation once in a while! Although oxtail meat is rather tough, it turns out extremely tender this way. When you're ready to eat add freshly chopped green onions, salt, and pepper.

Dipping sauce for the beef: soy sauce, little bit of sesame oil, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Korean chili powder.

Good idea adding tuna for lots of lean protein!

I'm definitely going to make it this weekend. I'm getting pretty damn sick of dry tuna, chicken wings and breasts, and ANPB on this cutting cycle!
