J JKerry New member Feb 8, 2004 #4 i used to just do 1 can tuna plus 1 egg. wasn't that great, but i've eaten worse. my worst idea was protein powder and egg whites with fake sugar... put into a microwave egg poacher and you have protein cake/muffins that are impermeable to water.
