Trouble with the delts

[FONT=&quot]I’ve been training for a couple of years and have been having a hard time building muscle but the place where I have the most trouble is my delts they aren’t as broad and defined as I would like, I don’t do much front delt work because I press a lot and quite frankly I’m not worried about them or rear delts I’m really just trying to build my lateral delts. I do a lot of lateral raises and some dumbbell and barbell presses but Idk what I’m doing wrong, can anyone help me?[/FONT]
 
Sometimes genetics will just be a limitation there. You can try more variety in lateral raises though, standing, seated, cheater, cable pulls, etc.
 
at the end of the day over training the delts can get you into big trouble

rather i would like to see you stick with the compound lifts since you are pretty new to this
