[FONT="]I’ve been training for a couple of years and have been having a hard time building muscle but the place where I have the most trouble is my delts they aren’t as broad and defined as I would like, I don’t do much front delt work because I press a lot and quite frankly I’m not worried about them or rear delts I’m really just trying to build my lateral delts. I do a lot of lateral raises and some dumbbell and barbell presses but Idk what I’m doing wrong, can anyone help me?[/FONT]
