@GetToDaChoppa! you training like this too bro? share with usPrioritize the body parts you want to bring up. You cannot prioritize everything at once. Cut back on legs. Instead of legs twice a week do them once and consider an arm day. Also, your biceps recover quicker than bigger body parts so you can hit them more frequently. Biceps are not a strong point for me either so I hit them 3 times a week.
