how would you build up your upper body on arms?

Prioritize the body parts you want to bring up. You cannot prioritize everything at once. Cut back on legs. Instead of legs twice a week do them once and consider an arm day. Also, your biceps recover quicker than bigger body parts so you can hit them more frequently. Biceps are not a strong point for me either so I hit them 3 times a week.

Right now I'm doing:

Mon: Legs, Back, Bi's
Tue: Chest, Shoulders, Tri's
Wed: Off
Thu: Legs, Back, Bi's
Fri: Chest, shoulders
Sat: Bi's, tri's
Sun: off

Lower reps on first workout of the week (4,6,8 on compounds) (10-12 on isolations)
Higher reps on 2nd workout of the week (12-15 on compounds) (15-20 on isolations)

you should get a training log up for the EF family you've been here long enough @GetToDaChoppa! and LOL! that Arnold from the predator movie username right? LOL!

HOW-TO LOG?

  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

in Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log
___ = the name of your log
example: My Training Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

@the_alcatraz I've been reading the forums for a few weeks. You guys love logs lol. I will in due time. I'm gathering info right now on a possible cycle within the next year. I want to make sure I thoroughly know what I'm doing first and I'm not 100% sure I will do it yet. I will log that cycle.
