Mavy Super Human Platinum Nov 29, 2003 #13 Ya I get them in my legs, arms, hands and face .... It almost feels like a pulse squirting through your muscle. It does go away though. I agree with Dr. M, have a banana or a baked potato, and drink a litre of water.
