Lately when I do my chest and tri's workout I have been having something strange happen. My tri's will charlie-horse or lock up, what ever you want to call it. At first it was painful but now it's just annoying. I take Protein and creatine before and after and try to take in enough water. The rest of my diet is good, Is this diet related or just a side effect from beginning to work harder. Thanks for any input.
