What would be the difference in hitting each tricep head as related to hand ( pronated, nuetral, supinated) position or arm ( above head, slightly in front and up, in front, in front and down, down, and behind the back) position? Basically what im askin is what positions hit which heads more directly than the others? Maybe throw an exercises or two that hits each head best.
