6:00 M5 Isopure Protein, 2.5 g Creatine and glutamine
7:00 weights-gym
M6 1 Italian Chicken sausage, 1 C spinach, 1/2 C low-carb pasta
M7 serving unsalted dry peanuts before bed...
1686 calories, 197g protein, 50g Fat, 110g carbs
