what does everyone do on the treadmill? I do a little running, walking but is there anything else to try so it isn't so boring. I usually do 3 days, 20 min. each. I know you can't spot reduce a body part but my thighs are awful - I do heavy weight training but I though that cardio would also help. I know it has helped my stamina when doing certain leg exercises (step ups) - any suggestions would be appreciated
