whats up? since i got hockey tuesday, thursday, saturday, and sunday i cannot lift on those days or else i get too tired in the practice/game. so heres my routine:

MONDAY: chest/back - five sets of three exercises each
WEDNESDAY: biceps/triceps - five sets of three exercises each
FRIDAY: legs/shoulders 5 sets three-4 exercises each

am i UNDERtraining? will i gain muscle with this routine using heavy
weight/proper eating? or shud i try to lift on the practice days? let me know
 
On Monday, you're probably working your arms pretty hard, and then on Wednesday you're ripping em apart again. Maybe you should try this.

Monday: Chest, tri's

Wednesday: Back, bi's

Friday: Legs, shoulders

This will ensure that you have at least a couple of days before working the same muscle.
