whats up? since i got hockey tuesday, thursday, saturday, and sunday i cannot lift on those days or else i get too tired in the practice/game. so heres my routine:
MONDAY: chest/back - five sets of three exercises each
WEDNESDAY: biceps/triceps - five sets of three exercises each
FRIDAY: legs/shoulders 5 sets three-4 exercises each
am i UNDERtraining? will i gain muscle with this routine using heavy
weight/proper eating? or shud i try to lift on the practice days? let me know
