Traing 2x Per Day On Heavy Sauce??

whats your thoughts on training 2x per day on heavy sauce....
4-5 times per week.

jay cutler does that in the off-season.
i just watched his 2 dvd set.

I think its the way to go if????????????????? you have the time.

I have been doing it for 2 weeks now, but with a very strict diet, almost no carbs and fat, for cutting at end of NPP/Test/GH cycle. lowered test dose, Added winny, t3, clen/ECA

1.5 hours i the am and pm, 2 body parts all high reps and pump up sets, then abs and stretching.

I am down to 252 @6%, down 12 pounds.
 
if training rwice a day makes you look like Jay Cutler, count me out. Yea, he's massive, but too "Box-shaped." Give me Victor Martinez or Darrem Charles anyday. Better yet, Frank Zane.

lol...great diet coupled with excessive training...........geezus

Hey satch..do it, just cut your workouts to an intense 45 min max each session......crank the cals and nap if you can............
 
I do it 365 days a year, however mine is cardio in the am, training in the pm.......during tax season, I'm gonna be on the sauce too....thinking of doing a 45 min. routine at 430am and one at 5pm.........something big in the am (quads, chest, back) and maybe something smaller in the pm, arms, hams, abs, calves, delts, etc......
 
Jay also does a lot of volume training. I dont know how is does it. I couldnt train the way he trains, I'd start loosing my gains.
 
this is the split im thinkin about:

afternoon workout: 1 big muscle like back, legs, chest, delts

evening workout: 1 small muscle like tris, bis, calves, abs
