This sucks.
After not directly training my biceps for months and months I finally noticed that I could curl without pain in my inner elbow.
I had three weeks of medium intensity bicep attacks (once a week) and yesterday I hit them hard. Last set was for 4 clean seated reps and when I get home I felt the pain.
I iced for 30 minutes and now the depression is setting in that I will have to train around this crap again.
