too much food?

not really. drinking enough water easily combats this

i am drinking a hell of a lot of water, and i am also watching my sodium intake.

but some of the products i eat, do have higher sodium in them, so i try to compensate by not adding salt to anything else.

Your stomach is always going to poke out a little during the day when you are consuming your 6-8 meals a day and consuming your shakes. Thats just part of putting on weight. In the morning time after a good nights sleep your stomach will look regular again. 3500 calories is really not that much it seems that you may be bloated during the day also.

I have a issue i need advice for please.

i am starting to go into my third week of test testosterone propionate. 1cc eod.

i am trying to consume alot of calories, and based on the calculation program i am using i am up to 3500 cal a day.

i can feel that my clothes are slightly tighter, and people are telling me, hey, you lifting alot? you look bigger than normal.

thats fine, but i noticed that my stomach is jutting out more also, a bit more rounder than before.

i m doing half hour of cardio a day, and setups every day, on top of my weight lifting.

so my question is , is my stomach getting bigger due to my eating to many cals and not burning it enough, or am i eating too many carbs, and i need to decrease carb intake and increase protein since carbs hold water?

LOL @ high sodium being the main cause of water retention on cycle...
Are you arguing the fact that sodium can cause water retention or are you saying that it can be combated w/ increased water intake.

he is lol at the typical board answer bloat = sodium

excess sodium causes bloating?

but your jucing you would assume your not eating chinnese food meals 1-6

say your eating 2 cups of oats with every meal and whey ? your sodium is not high!
