Ok guys & gals, here's the deal... but I dont know for sure if it's the plan I need to follow through with...
I'm back in the swing of things, or in the process anyways... just came off of a right shoulder, and right elbow delima and am about to start going full-out again.
I'm sitting here looking through my Southern Muscle Plus mag, and see an add of the 2005 NPC JR USA. I am aiming to compete early this year, was shooting for Feb/March... but this is April 16, so am willing to comprimise.
I'm 20, never juiced, flux from 224-227 @ 15-17% bf... lifting 5-6 days a week, 3 heavy-2-3 sculpting oriented. Just started about 15-25 min of cardio 4 days a week(depending on how I feel before lifting). My diet is shitty as of now, but shapping up today, "no mo" junk starting now.
I just wanna know if this is too high of a realistic goal, to compete and WIN. I'm aiming for novice/junior class seeing as I've never competed.. and I know it's in the journey, not in the destination... and all that good stuff, but I wanna win. It's just how I opperate, always have-always will.
So, if you guys have any good pointers and general advice on what I should shoot for, I'd appreciate it. I'm gonna post pictures in a bit, doing the whole progressional approach to it.
Thanks,
Rex-a-mus
