To much Protein drinks?

Hey guys I was wondering can to many protein drinks and not enought (protien filled) foods be a problem? I am a corrections officer and I always carry a 5lbs jug of protein to work with me and mix drinks during the night I take in a good ammount of carbs but I try to get atleast 300grams or protein a day and 90% of that is from powder. My question is should I start pre cooking chicken and such or does it really matter I get all my protein from drinks?
 
Shakes are good because you can eat them between meals to help keep your protein take up, but they don't replace any of the food groups. A good diet is essential, and one made up of mostly protein powder isn't going to cut it.
 
defenitely start boiling your chicken and rice bro, gains comes primarily from food not the shakes, they are good just for pre, post workouts and bet meals.
