Hey guys I was wondering can to many protein drinks and not enought (protien filled) foods be a problem? I am a corrections officer and I always carry a 5lbs jug of protein to work with me and mix drinks during the night I take in a good ammount of carbs but I try to get atleast 300grams or protein a day and 90% of that is from powder. My question is should I start pre cooking chicken and such or does it really matter I get all my protein from drinks?
