What advice could you give to a bodybuilder that is on a low carb diet and is at the bodyfat percentage that he needs to be at and is approaching his final week before his first comp?
What advice would you give him with regards to carb loading / depletion and water?
I know that everyone is different so what Im after is a general guide that will help someone that doesnt really have a clue. (Like me!!)
