Titan training done...first round

Well guys...i'm starting into the specialization.
After my first round of the Titan training...will be 8 weeks at the end of this week.

Started out at 185. Now weighing in between 196-200. Fluctuating with water weight I assume.

My shoulders...DAMN...my shoulders exploded. In 8 weeks no joke...my fu#@ing shoulders really blew up. Same with my chest. For the first time in my God forsaken life I have a chest! WAAA HOOOOO. I could be a spokesperson for the Titan Training.

I start with the specialization weeks next week. Not sure what I'm going to for specialization. Probably arms. Plus I'll max out on chest just to see how much I increased. I've ALWAYS been weak on chest. Max 225 pre-Titan training. Now I'm working out on Base training days with 215 for 8. So I'll probably shoot for 250-260 for max.

And for all the wonderful flamers on this thing...no I'm not making this stuff up. I'm saying it to motivate or encourage others who are on this program or who are thinking about doing it. It works. Good luck to any who are on it! Later. :D
 
Tronious, sounds like great progress! Keep us informed and thanks for posting the basic schedule.

I've just completed week one and am psyched!

Two questions though....

1) how are your abs? Looks like the schedule only calls for 4 sets of 12-15 reps a week I've added an intense abs only session on one of the rest days.

2) Are you doing any cardo? I sweat like a pig on the muscle rounds.

I keep reading tons of succuss stories with this training. What is it like, is it extremly hard?

Whatsup bro? Congrats on your first Titan Training run-through thats a way to go. Good job with the weight-gain thats really impressive. Keep it up!!

I would specialize on forearms, traps, things like that... Good job with your delts and pecs too!

Thanks bro...I'm thinkin' about just blasting away with deadlifts for the next 2 weeks along with exercises for traps and gonna try and work on my tri's some more. I have long arms...and to thicken them out even more I think tri's are the way to go.

Advaik:

Yeah the training's hard. It takes a lot of discipline...but the results are well worth it.

EROS:

I have natural ab's. So I don't really worry too much about. I would do them every other day actually...follow your own ab routine. I think they just threw the abs in there for a building day...to build your abs up.

As far as the cardio goes. I play basketbally on Sundays...that's it. The muscle rounds are plenty o' cardio for me.
