I'm 5'9 and 90kg with just over 20%Bf
Ive cycled through a few things before dbol mainly as well as sus and got some good results. Currently on my third week pct. will be changing the dbol to anadrol ASWELL as stacking with tri-sus.
I can workout every day of the week splitting body parts as well as working to max effort. I have good tone however struggling to break below to 20%. My diet is solid, lowering carbs is my main focus but still maintaining a solid diet. Any tips after a workout or tips to cardio tips. Or diet tips. Anything is welcome
Regards mack

We will need more details to give you much real advice. Stats like age, height and weight, as well as numbers on some lifts. Also, A little break down on past cycles, what ya took and what were your results. this will allow for better responses.

*I just realized you added height and weight, so just the others.... age, lifts and past cycles as well as their results.

I'm 24 years old.
Bench - 140kg max rep. Can get 120 for 8 sets of 3 reps.
Deadlift - 210kg max. 160 for 3 sets of 8 reps keeping form.
Squat - not tried a max in a while. But can get 140kg for 5 sets of 10 reps easy.
Any more info on lifts?

Cycle I've done a 30day cycle of d Bol with PCT of tamoxifen for 30 days
2nd cycle added sustanol with d Bol for 30 days and currently on my 30day pct
Anadrol and tri sustanol is my next. Maybe extend the sustanol to 60 days the. Do the pct.

Any help?

With your stats you're not dieting, training, cycling, or PCT-ing correctly...

If you train every day you're over training...please post your specific diet........

Are you saying after your 3rd wk of PCT you will be changing to Adrol and sus is that correct?

i really really hope that is not what he means..

look at 20% bf you need to get off all the drugs and learn to diet. if you cant do that it wont matter what pills you take, what you inject or what you rub on your body...

pick a nice simple easy to follow diet and stick to it 90% for 4 weeks. i dare you to do this.. take pics of EVERYTHING you eat and post it online somewhere. there is no better way to track your weight.. i dont care if you pick the zone diet, ckd, paleo, the special k diet or the damn subway diet.. just pick anything you think you can follow and put in all your effort and dedication into following the diet for 4 weeks..

5'9" and 90KG puts you at 198lbs at 20%bf means you have about 40lbs of fat or about 158lbs of leans mass. Those are not the stats or someone with a solid diet and training let alone someone who has done 2 cycles.

I gotta say I basically agree with everyone else, you gotta get your diet in check and rethink your training. Looking at your split im guessing your wasting a lot of time doing isolation exercises. At your age you should have great recovery and should be able to hit body parts more than once a week. Id recommend something simple like a starting strength routine etc (ie heavy compound movements) along with a good diet and you should see some good gains.

Just had my bf percentage taken today and it's at 16 not 20 which is a result. And I do know how to diet

Yes on my 3rd cycle now. Prior to starting it I was on the ckd diet and I dropped from 96kg down to 83kg in the space of a few months so diet is well in my knowledge. And I expected to gain weight coming off the diet slightly but the gains have been noticeable in muscle gains.

My body weight this morning was 87kg before food and after my workout as well as a solid bit of steak and veg for lunch. I'm upto 90kg now mid day but I am writing down my water intake as well

Why do people come here and specifically ask for hints and tips and then argue with the hints/tips they are given? If you dont like the advice, fine, move on BUT but your anything but large, especially for having 2 cycles under your belt.

Im only an inch taller than you, and I was leaner and 30lbs heavier than you before ever even touching AAS. That tells me you know a lot less than you think you do.
