Ok heres the deal when ever I ride the stationary bike Ill set that shit up for pretty much maximum resistance and ride that shit for like 20 minutes and it usually says I burn about 350-400 Calories. Now when I do that stair machine man I'll do that shit for 10 minutes and it kicks my ass 100% more than that bike but The calorie count is never even close to what it says I burn on the bike I just don't get it.
