This to many carbs?

I have tired to cut back on carbs and yea this is cutting back for me lol..on a 3100-3300 cal diet is 330 carbs to many? I do atleast 20 mins of cardio daily plus i play football..and lift

like ..i find it hard to get cals without carbs..cause i am broke sumbitch and i cant afford to buy beef...maybe i should get a job..


and i could really use a better breakfast..low carb ..somewhat low in fat and high in cals...if somebody could post theres or give me an idea..that be tight..something cheap plz

It's about 40% of your calories which i think is a good amount of carbs to have personaly
if you can't get leaner but are eating clean and training hard, try dropping to 30% carbs
 
ultimately depends on your goals, activity, the type of GI, etc...

330 carbs isn't bad. Unfortunately, Anytime I eat 300+ carbs a day, I become extra bloated and lethargic to the point where it's hard for me to train and I rather sit on the couch and watch the tube...I try and keep my carbs under 150, but that's just me

i believe you can get cut up on 40% carbs if you do things right and your body works with it, some peoples bodies are ok with low carbs and some function better with low carbs... I'm at 7% bf and i eat roughly 35%-40% carbs
 
My goals are to look good and become stronger..i dont care about having a six pack cause i will prob never have one but i want to look some what good lol
 
I guess you should do whatever it takes to get to the meat! Get a job and get beef. Eat steaks, hamburger, chicken, fish, eggs, tuna, and peanut butter like its a religion. Carbs are a side-dish to these.
 
Yo I am startin to put on on some weight ..with dis 300 cal diet i bumped it up but...i am not training hard enough..my uncle is a said he would help me train in a week or two and he huge so.yea...i am 155 pounds 6 ft how many cals should i be taking in?
