This good for a PWO carb source?

Do you guys mix whey into these drinks or something? Whats with all the sugar in these things too? Doesnt whey increase your insulin levels, why the extra sugar? and, wouldnt real food, or instant oats for a shake be better since they have more vitamins and minerals and other natural nutrients?

yeah I was going to add whey. Becuase your body wants more Carbs as it just used alot with training, Your body Sucks up Protein and Carbs like a dry sponge for like 30 minutes or more after. And real food doesnt Digest as fast. Immediatly after trainijng its been Possibly 2 hours or more since for last meal (in my case) and you want those nutrients to be absobed As soon as possible, so having quality carbs in powder form would be ultimatly better.
 
Whats wrong woth PWO sugars when cutting, I always stick to glucose PWO, if im cutting or not, PWO you need to fastest sugar available - glucose.
I use 35g when cutting and 100g when bulking or carbing up.
