Well i just found this forum and have been reading some interesting articles!!!!
I have seen a few b4 and after shots on here and i thought i might as well give it a try. Be honest now if you reply and tell me what you think because i know im flabby..lol Took guts to say that dont tell anyone, i said that....lol.
I trained for about 10 months about 10 years ago and thought about taking it up again. I only get physical exercise on Building sites as im a carpenter. I suppose when you think of it it does involve a bit of lifting. Anyway im boring myself now. I took a few pics of myself but the quality aint great.
Im 220 pounds and 5 ft 7 inches. Should i lose some weight first b4 i take a cycle of deca/sus or just go straight in there.

Dude, you got some kick ass mass there, but also some fat, like you said. That is also very gutsy thing to post your pic as your #1 post :)

Eat clean, do some cardio and train hard. If you wanna try roids, go ahead..
 
The last one is by far the best. You got some kick ass shoulders there. Just cut a little and you'll look much better.
 
Agree with last post. Man, you are a natural. Just pick up the wigihts and do a high protein/low carb diet and some aerobics and u will be awesome in no time.
Very jealous here.
Sometimes I wish I was under 6 feet tall cuz u shorter guys have it made in the muscle department.

im :) now as i thought i was being stupid putting my pic up as im not a bodybuilder. As i said it has been a while since i lifted a weight but i can see myself now from looking at the pics that i still retained my width from the little training i done.
One thing is for sure and that is i am going back to the sport fulltime now as im on a buzz.
I was invited to go to the Universe tomorrow in Newcastle so that should be an experience.
Does anyone out there know any good diets? Not looking for a detailed description just something that i could follow while training!!!!

Anyway i will post some pics from the Universe on here! Is there a specific place i need to post them on this forum or can i do it just here?

Advice

Do a cutting cycle first. You need to drop some bf. You have good muscle mass under there, just need to bring it out. You look to be about 20%bf, so lets try to get that down first. You could do a nice cutting cycle and look ripped up and big, then think about a bulk.

just drop the weight with some cardio and eat clean than go into a mass cycle if thats the way u wanna go. good luck
