Deads are my ego lift. Of course, I was doing it all wrong, so now that I'm older and wiser - LOL - it's time to learn how to do deads the right way. Of course, I'm not that much wiser since I had to be shamed into correcting my form.
Oh, and 2Shy, by plates on the bar I meant real plates - 135 lbs. Once you get the hang of the form, I have a feeling you'll be cruising on a "how much weight can I squat" quest.
