Even some bodybuilders do T-Bar rows wrong...
So here Is my method..
Lift the weight off the floor with the legs mainly.. stand up like a soldier - i.e. straight, chest out... BUM back and out slightly..
Now bend - like a good morning, but keep the back straight (standing straight like a soldier helps this move) - Your back is now dead straight and you are in a great position for T-Bar rows...
				
			So here Is my method..

		 Another one is seated calf raises. Everyone in my gym does the exercise like their in a hurry and just bounce the weight up and down and up down not even working the calves.
