QUESTION for those in the know on AF supps.....
I want to take CB on my AM cardio days (MWF). I would be taking CB around 5:00am. That would be the only CB I took that day. Could I combine with TRex - taking TRex later in the day (like 2cap at 9am and 12pm only)?

And then I would take TRex only on the other days - TThSa. No stims Sunday (rest day).

THOUGHTS? (Bunny, I know you are out there ...... )

I don't recall myself having any problems with that type of combo......
 
LOL Rooney - because of me, my kindergarteners say it too. :) They also say "zip the lip" because that I was I say ALL DAY LONG. ;)

Maybe what I will do is take 2 TRex around noon - and see what happens. I can ALWAYS add another dose in earlier. Don't want to be cracked out in front of 5 year olds, hahaha.

*Does anyone want my child? I mean, really?? She woke up HUNGRY at 2:30am and I was up with her until 5am. BTW - there is nothing on TV at this time, in case you were wondering.

My opinion is to just try it and see how you tolerate the days of both. I always found CB to be such a clean wake up. Can't really say when I noticed it start to crap out -- maybe around 10 am if I'm getting up at 5 am cardio and start to slow down around 10. THen throw a Trex in and see if you start to vibrate or anything. Also pay attention to if you are drinking coffee....

Tuesday, December 26th

RANT RANT
**It has been a really shitty, shitty few days. Baby Daisy is sick, not sleeping, I am sick-something with my stomach, and now I think Hubby is sick-his tummy. Not a fun Christmas. I am seriously sleep deprived, and feeling completely off. No foods are good, and everything make me feel like there is acid burning a hole through my insides. If I eat, it hurts, if I don't eat it hurts. I haven't worked out since Friday - the lack of sleep and stomach pains have destroyed me. Seriously. I was beyond depressed yesterday.

9:00am
1 slice White Bread, toasted
1tsp Light Butter

2:15pm
1 slice white bread
1tsp Light Mayo, 1tsp mustard
4oz chicken
2 servings Doritos (yes, you read that right)

4:30pm
30min SS Cardio - Precor EFX
Ramp 10, Resistance 8
*Felt good to DO SOMETHING, did it hard enough to get a little sweaty and breathless, but not overdo it. Didn't want to push it too much since I am still not feeling great - afraid it would take me a step back. Burned about 350 calories (according to the machine).
