I'm going to take BFold's advice today as I do my back workout...

I'm going to adjust my grip/elevation as I go up in weight on my barbell rows... I'm also going to experiment and have some fun with various deadlifting techniques... :)

I do this because I feel my back workouts have gotten stagnant... not getting that BACK PUMP like I am getting on other workouts... Today... I will bring the back.. BACK into my workout...:)

I was thinkin of doing some different deads as well soon. Let us know what you did and how it worked out for you.
 
Mind your deadlift changes bro. Even slight variations in grip or form can mean you won't be able to lift what you normally do. Plus that can easily fuck with your back.

I posted it on a different post when I got home.

Yeah, GT, I was pretty careful on the grip movement... I was also careful to keep it nice and smooth.... I'm not a big DEADLIFT guy for max weight or what not... I rarely go super heavy... I mean, I go heavy, but I'd rather experiment with grips and hit different parts of my back...
