that would probably work similarly to the diet being proposed on this thread. the doughnuts wouldn't result in as much muscle loss as this diet, which came from dans outdateded underground bodyopus book. andyone who advocates this diet and doesn't know what the words leptin, and refeed are shouldn't be giving diet advice as far as im concerned. the isocaloric diet is a good diet, but it isn't the "1/3, 1/3. 1/3 diet" as it has been called on here. The ratios dont mean jack fucking shit.
